Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchange, or issue refunds. All our products are handmade in small batches for our customers. Therefore, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. It is
important that you select the correct item before placing your order. Items are entered into our system the day you order, and processing begins. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and
cannot be cancelled.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item please take a photo of the item(s) and send it to us, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
