HEALTHY HAIR BEGINS WITH A HEALTHY SCALP

After the birth of my son in 2019, I struggled to find products to care for his thick, curly hair. Not only was I struggling to find products to care for his hair, but also for my thick, kinky, dense, Type 4 low porosity hair that was badly damaged. I knew I needed to do something about our hair and decided to research how to care for Afro hair. Countless research and studies led me to the power of Ayurvedic herbs.

I started to formulate each product in my home, hand picking ingredients along with herbs that would work for our hair type and porosity. I also wanted to use natural ingredients that would be safe and gentle enough for all ages. This truly inspired me to create my own hair care line, and Naturalbychen was founded in 2021. Naturalbychen believes in educating and teaching all individuals how to care for and love their natural hair. We formulate products that can work for all hair types but our main focus is for those who have highly textured type 4C hair. All Naturalbychen products are handmade and formulated with you in mind!
